All of them photographed the day they were handed over. And the part that decides whether a bathroom lasts is the part none of these photographs shows.

Across JLT, JBR, Downtown, Dubai Marina, TECOM and Business Bay. Every room here exists — no renders, no stock.
Stripped to the slab and rebuilt: waterproofing, plumbing, falls, stone, joinery, glass and light. Waterproofing executed to Dubai Municipality standards.
The layers that decide whether a bathroom is still sound in ten years. Not one of them appears in a single photograph above.
Tanked back to the slab, turned up the walls, taken over the thresholds, then flood-tested before a single tile goes down. Executed to Dubai Municipality standards.
The floor is laid to a fall, not flat. A linear drain in the wrong place turns a walk-in shower into a puddle, and no fitting corrects a screed that runs the wrong way.
Concealed cisterns, wall-hung frames, valve bodies and access. A bathroom is only as serviceable as the panel someone can open in five years without breaking travertine.
There is no price list on this site. What follows moves a bathroom number far more than the choice of tap does.
Keeping the drain and the risers where they are is one job. Moving them means the floor build-up, the falls and the waterproofing all change, and sometimes the ceiling of the flat below is involved.
Travertine and marble are priced by the slab, but the labour is in the cutting: mitred corners, book-matched veins and a continuous vein through a niche take a day each and are the reason a room looks made.
Most towers want a fit-out NOC, a security deposit and work confined to set hours, with the service lift booked for every delivery and every skip of debris. That is time, and time is priced.
The whole flat rather than one room: an apartment walked through room by room, and what a full strip-out covers.
Joinery to the ceiling, stone worktops, splashbacks, and the plumbing behind them when the layout has to move.
What changes when the place has stairs, a garden and a community that has to approve the work.
Offices, clinics, salons and shops: partitions, ceilings, joinery and the approval chain that comes with them.
The five steps, from the first two photos on WhatsApp to the day the keys go back.
Two photos of the bathroom and the area you live in. That is enough for me to tell you what is realistic and roughly what it takes.
